I was living it at one time. Defaulting to the behaviors I learned to cope with all of it. Reaching for sugar when I felt stressed. Revving up with coffee and winding down with wine. Losing sleep over the endless to-do list spinning in my head.

Internally, I wrestled with a sense of resentment, a quest for purpose after my husband’s military retirement and my kids leaving for college.

Shari is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). She considers herself a “Purpose & Well-Being Coach” because this type of work involves so much more than changing your diet and lifestyle. To rediscover yourself, prioritize your well-being, and thrive with purpose requires physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual work.

This is a 12-week group coaching program that includes 3 group sessions per month (live and recorded for your convenience), one Q&A per month (to get your questions answered directly from Shari), Voxer support, and program materials that are accessed through a HIPAA-compliant membership portal. You also get 3 amazing bonuses: Your Morning Rhythm Blueprint, Calm the Mind Playlist, and Future Self Visualization.

This program does not include 1:1 coaching. Some women are hesitant at first to participate in a group setting but soon realize that this is an incredible way to learn from each other, feel seen and heard, and get accountability to stay on track with their goals.

There is typically one session per week (either a group coaching session or a Q&A), which you can attend live or listen to as a replay. Outside of those sessions, the time you put into creating the life you truly desire is 100% up to you!

I spent 20 years as a military spouse of a physician husband, taking care of everything and everyone except myself. It wasn’t until the symbolic American Flag at my husband’s retirement ceremony marked a new chapter for him that it became a turning point for me. It was (finally) my time to stop neglecting myself and reclaim my own well-being.

Through the lessons I have learned since then, as well as my professional experience as a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), I created the C.A.L.M. method that I teach in this program. This method has since helped hundreds of midlife women improve their relationships with time, body, and self-worth by fueling themselves first.
