2️⃣ Meaningful Movement

Movement is more fun when you share the time with someone.
Schedule some time with family or friends to get some movement in.
🥾 Ideas: going for a hike, taking a bike ride, finding a walking neighborhood to look at holiday lights, or walking a 5K with the family.

Giving back helps us feel more fulfilled. It not only helps our communities but ourselves. People who volunteer their time, money, and energy, live longer, have lower blood pressure, set a good example for youth, and increase overall happiness.
